You understand and agree that if you submit a request  for a loan product or service offered through a third party service provider on our Site, you will share your personal information ( such as your full name, address, telephone number, and social security number) with these service providers to process and fulfill your request.  You authorize AMERICAN NATIONWIDE MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC. in its sole discretion, to use your social security number to obtain your credit score for the purpose of matching your request with providers & lenders. You further authorize the providers that receIve your personal information to use your social security number to pull your credit score and credit for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your request. You acknowledge AMERICAN NATIONWIDE MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC.  does not make loan or credit decisions and ANMC is not a party to any agreement that you may make with these providers  and these providers are solely responsible for their services to you.  You further acknowledge that ANMC is not acting as your agent or broker and is not recommending any particular loan product or provider to you.  Any compensation ANMC may receives is paid by the individual service provider for the products and services rendered by ANMC to that particular provider. ANMC does not charge you a fee to use the ANMC website.  You understand that requirements for a particular loan product you have provided made by the individual service providers and ANMC does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the products or services of any service providers. Nothing contained herein shall constitute an offer or promise for a loan commitment or interest rate lock-in agreement.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: ANMC reserves the right to update, delete, amend or revise these terms at any time without prior notice by changing this posting.  You should visit this page time-to-time to review the then-current terms because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages at this Site.
